"We'd like to give 10/5stars! It was our one of favourite tours in Beijing. It was very hot day and Alex lead our group in good shady spots to show and explain about the each space and buildings. He was very knowledgeable about the history. He shared an insightful Chinese history with us as well as local hot places to go for food. My two high school boys remembered well about the historical stories Alex shared - there were lots of interesting stories they were engaged. Overall, we'd love to recommend anyone who is interested in Forbidden City with Alex."

"I was cautious booking this tour as it says something about booking 7 days ahead, however, I was completely reassured when I received the email confirmation the next day and the WeChat messages from Mandy confirming the tour. Dan was our guide- he was so knowledgeable, caring and made sure we all had frequent water and shade breaks (it was so hot) 🥵 . We only had to wait about 20mins to get tickets and the security lines were actually pretty quick. I wouldn’t have known half the history if it wasn’t for Dan. He deserves a pay rise! Our group was awesome and friendly too. There isn’t a lot of lunch options, so bring your own snacks and sandwich 🥪 or whatever. Good walking shoes are a must as you spend most of the day walking. Overall it was awesome- thanks Dan!"
